Why We’re Here
We believe that practice ownership is too difficult. Practice owners are some of our economy’s most highly educated and hardest-working entrepreneurs -- yet starting, buying, expanding, or equipping a practice takes too long and costs too much.
Who We Are
We’re a team of software engineers, computer scientists, financiers, lawyers, credit risk experts, and university professors that have come together to build something 10 times better than the status quo. We’re combining innovative software, exceptional service, and industry expertise to deliver market-leading speed, convenience, and pricing.
What We Do
We’ve built software that takes complicated transactions -- like buying your first practice -- and makes them simple. As a result, you spend less time applying for your loan -- and we spend less time processing it. This efficiency means faster funding and lower rates for you. Plus, once you’re a Lendeavor member, future financing and ownership resources are just a few clicks away.
Daniel Titcomb Co-Founder | Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Dan oversees strategy, equity fundraising, and debt fundraising for Lendeavor -- efforts highlighted by a $600 million debt raise in mid-2017.
Before founding Lendeavor in 2013 in a one-bedroom San Francisco apartment with co-founder James Bachmeier III, Dan worked at NewWorld Capital Group, a private equity firm focused on the environmental opportunities sector. He earned a B.A. in government from Connecticut College, spending his junior year in Japan, where he studied Japanese political economics and history.
James Bachmeier III Co-Founder | Chief Operating Officer
As COO, James leads business development and operations for Lendeavor. He architected the company's complex lending infrastructure, in one year driving loan originations from zero to an annual run rate of over $100 million.
Before founding Lendeavor in 2013 in a one-bedroom San Francisco apartment with co-founder Dan Titcomb, James was an attorney and touring musician. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Tony brings to Lendeavor 20 years of experience managing technology and operations for enterprise software and Internet companies. Prior to joining Lendeavor, Tony served as Mosaic's CTO and COO, where he led the company's product, engineering, IT, and loan operations functions -- and led the nation's leading solar lender through a period of growth to profitability and $1 billion in annual originations of solar loans, with a service portfolio in excess of $2 billion.
Prior to Mosaic, Tony served as VP of Engineering at Chegg (CHGG), where he led multiple engineering teams responsible for building the technology that serviced millions of students and hundreds of millions of dollars of orders annually. Before Chegg, he served as VP of Engineering at Cramster, where he built the technology and operations organization through multiple rounds of venture financing until its eventual acquisition by Chegg. Before that, Tony led technology at an enterprise software company, as well as other Internet startups. Tony holds a B.S. in biomedical and electrical engineering from the University of Southern California.

Andrew joined Lendeavor in May 2015 after seven years as a high school and college educator, teaching everything from physics to organizational communication to baseball. He graduated summa cum laude from Hamline University with degrees in mathematics and physics and earned an M.S. in organizational management from Misericordia University. Before entering the real world, Andrew enjoyed a brief and unspectacular career as a professional baseball player.
